I am a journalist, author of an art-science-music biography about a pioneering female violinmaker and her new family of fiddles--but I am also an identical twin. I have been working on a memoir about that experience for many years.
Of late, I would like to interview some stellar and very successful sets of twins about the experience of twinship. I wonder if you all would consider giving me an interview? I live in Nashua, NH, very close to Weston, MA where you will be May 21. I wonder if this timing is meant to be? I would most appreciative if you would consider granting me an interview.
In the meantime, I should tell you that PEN America nominated my book American Luthier as one of ten best biographies of 2016. And the Acoustical Society of America has nominated it for an Excellence in Science Writing Award, winner to be determined next week.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi Quincy! Thanks for sharing a bit about yourself and your writing. Very cool that you're also a twin. :) :) Thanks for your interest in interviewing us! We won't be able to do an interview when we're out east, but please e-mail Lola at HarpTwins@HarpTwins.com for the possibility of scheduling a phone or written interview. Thanks again!
